After the epic food tours of Italy and Argentina comes an amazing new adventure as top Chefs Rob Rossi and Craig Harding eat their way across Canada, their home and native land to celebrate 150 years as a nation. In the newest TLN original series, the goal is to answer a simple question: 'How do you define Canadian food?’ In a country as diverse as Canada, it won't be easy to answer and will lead our Chefs on a quest never before seen on TV. Chefs Rob and Craig have traveled around the globe seeking out inspiration but this time they get a chance to take a rustic tour across their own country making stops in St. John’s, The Laurentians, Montreal, Toronto, Saskatoon, The Blue Mountains, Whitehorse and Vancouver to celebrate Canada's food culture from 2coast to coast.
