Meet our Leadership Team


Emilia Nuccio
Emilia Nuccio has been a respected senior executive in the distribution of television content worldwide for the past 30 years. She has experience in all aspects of business development, sales & marketing, public relations, consumer products, licensing and merchandising.
In 2007, Emilia founded ENORO, LLC to secure multi-platform content and licensing deals. She has held senior management roles for Westinghouse Broadcasting/CBS, Televisa, BBC Worldwide Americas, and The itsy bitsy Entertainment Company which distributed the children’s property Teletubbies, very successful worldwide. Most recently she held the position of President of International Sales for Echo Bridge Entertainment and Senior Vice President of Sales for Dynamic Television.
Ms. Nuccio was one of the first honorees recognized by the European Academy for Economic and Cultural Relations in Rome, for her commitment to building global partnerships in business and education. Emilia holds a Graduate Fellowship from Yale University in Literature and Languages of Spanish and Italian. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA from Queens College. She is fluent in Italian, Spanish and has an excellent command of French and Portuguese.


Camilo Bernal
Camilo Bernal is an accomplished Senior Management Executive in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Administration, and Acquisitions with over 20 years of U.S. and multinational success in all commercial facets of product and services market entry, development, and growth. Under his consulting firm, Group CB Solutions Inc., Mr. Bernal has provided business development services to Hotwire Communications, Sony Music Entertainment, Discovery Communications, MCM Television Group, and Believe Entertainment Group.
His sound administration & progressive marketing acumen has been endorsed in the disciplines of service/product demand generation, contract negotiations, multi-project management, improvement of affiliate relations & customer retention levels, and team building. From closing multi-million dollar network licensing agreements on a napkin to achieving Basic carriage for a Spanish-language channel in Canada - Bell Media (Campaign: “Discover the Latino in YOU!”), Mr. Bernal’s recognition of market practice opportunities and seasoned judgment have made him a team leader for the organizations he has represented. Start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Bernal has achieved significant experience in business relationships with such companies as Discovery Communications, NBC Universal, Spanish Broadcasting System, Worldvibe Entertainment Group, Brightstar Corp., IDT Telecom, CycleLogic and mDialog.
During his eight years at Discovery Communications, Mr. Bernal held management positions in International Sales & Business Development, becoming Executive Director of Business Development–New Media, accountable for the commercial development and launch of new revenue-generating services, including digital / interactive TV, mobile content, broadband solutions, and VoD products for their portfolio of entertainment properties (i.e. Discovery Channel, Animal Planet). He played the lead role in the international launch of “Discovery In The Classroom” (Latin America: 3K students in Costa Rica; 26K within public schools in Mexico) and in positioning the Discovery brand as the first global media company to launch interactive TV entertainment solutions in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal by securing multi-year Agreements with DirecTV and Microsoft.


Silvia Coscia
Silvia Coscia currently serves as Director of Operations, based out of ENORO MEDIA’s office in Rome, Italy. From production to publication, Ms. Coscia’s success spans across a 20-year career within the media entertainment and lifestyle industries.
Born and raised in Alessandria, Italy, Ms. Coscia’s career began in Sydney, Australia, in the field of animation. She worked on several feature films, including major projects for DISNEY STUDIOS (i.e. Lady and the Tramp 2) and YORAM GROSS STUDIOS (i.e. Old Tom). As her production skills flourished, so did her writing. She became, and continues, as a contributing writer for the magazine “EMOTION”, focused on the cartoon and animation industry in Australia.
Ms. Coscia’s return to Italy was welcomed as the Head of Production for such animated series as Winx Club, Monster Allergy and Tommy & Oscar. She expanded her talent around motion picture special effects, landing work on such features as "Tale of Tales" directed by Matteo Garrone, the remake of “Ben Hur” directed by Timur Bekmambetov, and " Zoolander 2" directed by Ben Stiller.
Ms. Coscia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Production from the Catholic University in Milan, Italy, with post-graduate Cambridge Certification in English (New York City).


Marcio Domingues
Marcio França Domingues serves as Vice President of Sales for Enoro Media. He brings over two decades of business development success to the ENORO MEDIA global team. A strategic advisor and senior executive in entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Domingues has amassed a winning portfolio in market entry, growth, and profitability across the Americas and Western Europe for the multinational corporations he has represented.
Most recently, Marcio served as Managing Partner for OmNi E+ Consulting, based in Sao Paolo, Brasil. For the past 12 years, his “Go-To-Market” execution of business plans have transformed the operations of his US/European clients. From escalating market-centric shares and launching new services & products, to recruiting and mentoring top-flight regional teams, Mr. Domingues’ acumen for delivering bankable results have been embraced by such leading companies as 20th Century Fox HE (USA), Kinefon Films (Spain), ITV Global Studios, Harley Davidson, Gianni Versace (Brazil/Italy), and SG Industries. Marcio has focused on business development in the distribution, merchandising, licensing and marketing of children’s Television and Film properties. He launched numerous titles for the BBC (UK), the Thunderbirds (original series), Li’L Pet Hospital, and introduced the globally-renowned Teletubbies entertainment brand, generating over US$35M in content licensing and merchandising.
Mr. Domingues holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brasil and a Masters in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
